How to Sell Your Hermes Item

Step 1: Preliminary Authentication
Send us clear photos of your item. Please include multiple angles, detailed shots of the hardware, serial codes, and interior. We will perform an initial review of authenticity and condition based on the images provided.
Step 2: Listing for Sale
If the item passes our initial review and meets our quality standards, it will be listed for sale on the website.
Step 3: Shipping to Authentication Center
Once the item is purchased, you will be asked to ship it to the nearest authentication facility:
• For Asia — send the item to our Hong Kong center
• For Australia — send it to our facility in Australia
• For Europe — send it to our warehouse in Cyprus
Step 4: Final Inspection & Delivery
After we receive the item, a final authentication check will be performed. If the product is confirmed as authentic and matches the described condition, it will be shipped to the buyer.
If the Item Fails Authentication
Should the item be identified as counterfeit during the final inspection, it will be permanently disposed of.
